It Starts with Gratitude!


Lets start being grateful for what we have, rather than asking for more. See what it feels like to sit in the gratitude of what we already have. Practice what it feels like to be grateful, otherwise when things show up, we are not ready to accept them. Then we perpetually seek that feeling of 'when I get to....I will be happy' when I get..... I will be happy"

Start small. I am grateful for my ears. I can hear the music that makes my body want to move.

Practice being grateful and then see what shows up.
